WHY YOU NEED AN ADOCATE
The VA does not recognize medical precedent i.e. explosions cause hearing loss in later years
The VA does not thoroughly read your file and at times ignores the opinions of its own doctors
The VA rigs some of its testing procedures to deny compensable benefits
The VA requires a myriad of forms to successfully obtain an award
You need me to turn a denial of a claim into an award. Appeals, secondary conditions and presumed illnesses will all help to obtain an award for you.
Our training in the military reinforced the value of working in teams. Let me be on your team as you take on the VA.
I have 45 years of litigation experience which I utilize to obtain favorable rulings for the veterans I represent. As a veteran myself, I am committed to obtaining all of the VA benefits you earned through your military service. I will work with you as a team to prepare a written statement of your claim, to obtain persuasive medical journal articles that support your claim and to file the appeals necessary to win.
When we appear before the Board of Veteran’s Appeals ( hopefully we do not have to take an appeal to them for your award), I am able to write the legal brief that is required after the hearing. I have appeared before the Connecticut Appellate Court on eight separate occasions over my career and did not lose an appeal.
As a semi-retired attorney, my fees are limited to 33% of any retroactive award you receive. I take nothing of any current award. There are no fees for filing or for marshals. If we need to hire a doctor or a psychologist or other expert, we discuss it fully before hiring the individual.
I started to represent veterans over 4 years ago.
As a veteran, I am committed to
obtaining favorable rulings for you and I derive immense satisfaction
every time I am able to help a veteran. Consider making me a part of your team and together we will obtain the benefits you deserve and
earn.
